Dental implants

Post by El tel »

Can anyone recommend a dentist in the Peyia or Paphos for dental implants ? It can’t be any more expensive than the UK I am guessing ? Thanks.

It costs around £2,000 - £2,500 in the UK, per implant. I have had one done, including a sinus lift (bone added to jaw as too thin). Fairly easy procedure, painless and couple of hours under sedation

I had an accident several years ago and had eight of my top teeth knocked out. I saw Doctor Eleni who's surgery is in the Liminara complex opposite the Alexander the Great Hotel. She replaced the eight teeth with implants and did an excellent job.
She is a dental surgeon trained in South Africa; very professional.

A friend went to Perfect Smile in Peyia and is very happy with all of the treatment received.

A colleague of mine when we lived in Limassol had hers done - she had so many problems with it, it took 18 months to eventually get it fully completed. She also had to have the sinus lift and it was this which was causing the problem as each time they tried to do it, she bled "like a stuck pig" (her description, not mine).
