How can you get rid of used engine oil on the island....legally,,of course its been suggested " just go somewhere and dump it Thanks for any help

I just take it to any garage that changes oil... Usually when I fill up with petrol....

many garages use their old oil, for heating in the winter, they might welcome it?

Thanks for your replies daveg and WHL but we have taken it to three garages and they say they will not take it..I think they meant to say that why should they when THEY did not change the oil.,,,Back to the drawing board

Do the various green points take oil, just a thought.

I've taken old cans of paint to the Green Points and it was accepted so I would guess they will take engine oil.

Petrolina on the Sea Caves road out of Peyia accepted my old oil....
