2013 & it's now 2019 and nothing has changed, so don't hold your breath! In all likelihood there's too much vested interest by those at the top.

Yes, Mike you are right. LIDL is a shinning example of a company who accepts responsibility for its returns policy. It’s disgraceful the lengths that some Cyprus companies go to to avoid refunding any monies previously paid. They try to escape by issuing vouchers for returned goods which bind customers to purchasing something else from them within a given time,

The article in the first post has disappeared for me..????

But we have had difficulty with at least 4 well known firms in Paphos, not returning money for faulty goods.. We have had to accept a voucher eventually after a lot of heated arguing..
