Replacing old aircon units with inverters

We are considering having all our old aircon units replaced with inverters. They were installed on our flat roof about 10 years ago. We have been told that it's not quite as simple as removing the old ones, and replacing with the new. Damage will almost certainly be caused to the flat roof surface when the old ones are lifted.

Can anyone offer advice, and/or recommend someone who has relevant experience?

Thanks in advance

One of the most experienced companies in Paphos for replacing air-cons is Green Air as they do this job also for many hotels in the area since 2009.
Just phone Lina in the office or ask her for Andreas, to give you an idea. (26 941 555) or visit them at their showrooms which are on the left hand side when you drive down from the old police station to the harbour, just after the first traffic lights. Green Air one can find also on here with banner advertising and in the directory.

Thanks all.

We are having the inverters installed by Green Air but Andreas has just advised us that while they will take away the old units before having the inverters installed, it's not part of their service to repair the roof beforehand should there be any damage from lifting the old units. It will be our responsibility to prepare the roof.

So I guess we're looking at recommendations for someone to come and repair/reseal after the old units have been taken up and before the new ones are installed, as well as resealing the rest of our roof (which is small) with one top coat.

Timi area.

Thanks in advance
