Dont know if this is the reason you cannot get your registration number from your MEU1 8 digit number when we got registered with gesy they have a 0 at the begining making it 9 digits long but give them a ring.

I had to use 0500551234 as an example inserting 0s were there are none on my Yellow slip.

You must also enter your name exactly as it appears on the yellow slip(s)

Just of passing interest, my GP sent me her registration form. I then took my required docs to her office. Her staff then filled in the Gesy forms for me. I only have to return to her office to sign the required paperwork, i am so grateful for this help as I didn’t have to go online and fill in the forms there which looked problematical. They were doing this for all their patients.
