Returning a book

Three years ago, my daughter and hubby were on holiday in Coral Bay and met a chap called Tony Threapleton. He gave my son in-law a book about the "Tartan Army" and said he would get it back sometime !! They have been back every year since but never met him again. I live in Chlorakas, have the book and would like to get it back to him.
