Brilliant White Matt Emulsion Paint

Can anyone recommend a matt emulsion that is definitely brilliant white please. We haven't bought any for quite a while so recommendations would be much appreciated.

Difficult to answer. Matt AND brilliant. I used Dulux white brilliant matt a year ago. Very happy with it. However it does not glow in the dark. It is a matt finish, which I wanted. It is definitely not shiny.
