Don't hold your breath but have had a recent reply from the team & completed a very long questionnaire together with a photo of a 400 day clock which is over 100 years old and part of my family heirloom but it has stopped working so no surprise after all this time. Took it to a clockmaker a few years ago but he just scratched his head. Will just have to wait & see

Honestly, this programme 'does ma heed in.' It makes me cry EVERY night.

The BBC might pay something or nothing. After all, it's good free advertising for the businesses. People must go there and pay the full asking price for repairs. It is a real place, isn't it?
