Price of Keo

Post by harveywinning »

I'm not complaining at all but why does the price of Keo never seem to go up? The Jail in Peyia has been charging €2.50 a pint for years and the Mill in Peyia is charging €2.00 per pint again for what seems a very long time.

In the UK the price of beer always seems to be creeping up and at our village local it's over £4.00 per pint now

It is the same with meals, especially set ones. But yes €2-50 for a Keo is the usual price..

Wholesale price is about €0,90 a bottle so when one of our local bars in Argaka starts charging €3,60 I do raise a quizzical eyebrow.

Keo is owned by the Cyprus church. As they live in the past I guess they keep their prices there as well.
