Date stamp

Post by smudger »

Info needed as to where we can buy a date stamp, the sort that lasts for several years where it's just a matter of turning the wheels on to the next month/year. Is Zonari the only place, have tried several stationery shops without success.

Thanks in anticipation.

Depending on what sort of dater you are looking for you will find a simple one, where you have to use a separate ink pad perhaps in Alpha Mega (Paps) stationery section. More difficult in Paphos if you want a Self Inking Stamp. In was never in the "Mall" but people say one can find everything there.
In the past I saw them in the key shop Simillides as well. http://simillides.com/products.php

There is a shop opposite the Main Tax office. They do stamps. We had a signature stamp made there. They also do copying etc. Not at all expensive and there is a Cypriot coffee shop close by, where we had a metriou while we waited.

Many thanks for the replies folks :D

Have tried Kyriakou thanks Trev, not tried Alpha Mega or Mr Chicken street, and yes it's the one with a separate ink pad we're looking for, simple as poss! Will try some of the suggestions, thanks again!

I went to Kyriakou bookshop today and saw at the shelves one Printy dater for 4.40 Euro, which is a very fair price methinks... you won't find anything cheaper...
