Also very busy at Ayios Georgios harbour. Loads of kites.

Yes, we had a lovely time at Lighthouse Beach and duly flew our kite and enjoyed the picnic before mingling with the other families nearby and admiring the many different kites. Certainly the good weather brought out more people than usual.
A shame the cafe by the harbour at Agios Georgios has moved as it was an ideal location for those wanting to watch the various water sports and wonder what will happen with regards to hiring sunbeds and parasols? It was so handy for the PISC members and supporters too.

Green Monday was indeed lovely, we were on Vardas beach early to avoid the crowd? it was such a nice morning we stayed for a few hours.I did not take my kite.
Some as you can see were in the cold stuff.

it was a lovely day, we went to lighthouse beach as well, we loved all of the kites that were flying and watching all of the families having a day together, it was cool to see driving down to the beach that the majority of shops were closed and the roads were so quiet....if I had known all of you Paphos people were down there I would have waved lol.

So many cars at Ayios Georgios. All the tiny dots in the sky are kites!

The cafe at Ayios Georgios was open yesterday and sunbeds out so obviously carrying on until land is sold. The one up by the church is different.
Re: A sunny, warm Green Monday expected
We were speaking to the owner of the land where the cafe is a few weeks ago and she had no intention of selling the land at anytime!,we often go there, its like Ricco's nobody hassles you unlike some places when you finished eating or had you're drink they give you the impression you should go,OK its different if their busy though
