Good luck to them, what a massive challenge lies ahead but the rebuilding of the country needs them.

Any country selling arms you mean. Sell the weapons and make profit. Watch the destruction. Sell the services and contracts to rebuild and make profit. And on and on it goes as that's where the power and money lie.
