It is not finished yet. This is one of the most accurate links, showing rain radar, I found so far, is from the Turkish Gov. ....

Cyprus Storms uses the radar images shown in the link Max uses.
Personally I like the free -weather bug - app available from Apple app store and i daresay wherever Android users get their apps from .
