Brilliant. Made me smile. Our first Christmas in Cyprus, fourteen years ago. We were in a long queue at the checkout at Chris's Cash n Carry, before it became Carrefoure. Just as we were about to unload our goods onto the conveyor belt, a supervisor came over and closed the till and we had to wait another twenty minutes or so at the back of another queue. We now shop at AlphaMega and their staff are brilliant.

Yes it's a lovely idea, unless you're in a hurry.
