Holitec

Post by Dominic »

Has anybody been having issues with Holitec? I've removed a comment from our facebook page left by an "irate customer".

I have no idea why they would post on the Paphos Life page. Presumably they've been doing it elsewhere too. Somebody may want to inform Holitec if that is the case.

No problems with Holitec at our place. I have them as internet provider and also get my IPTV through them
I will say that customers of Holitec in Amergeti MAY have been off air for 2 x 45 minute periods today. This was due to a break in the electricity to a transmitter.. the electric board were working on the overhead power lines..

Hi,

I have decided to not renew a customers subscription, due to breach of our terms and conditions Sections 5.3. I did tell the customer I did not want them as a customer anymore - it could be from them.

If any other ISP's look at this page, please avoid them. If any of my competitors wish to PM me I will provide their contact details so you can avoid them.

Regards
