Sorry to hear your news. Only knew Dave through his postings but from those you could tell he was a gentleman. He will be missed by more than you think.

Kay,
Both Molly and I are saddend to hear of Dave's passing.
When I last saw him at B.O.C. oncology we chatted for quite a while and although he knew what the future held for him I was mightily impressed with his courage and determination that things would be handled in an orderly fashion.
Also yourself, Kay, we are full of admiration at your strength and bravery.
May Dave rest in peace and should you need anything at all you know how to reach us.
Geoff and Molly.

Hello Kay,

Like many others, I only knew Dave from his many helpful postings, I was saddened to read your post.
There is never a ‘ good ‘ time to lose a loved one, but from personal experience, this time of year is especially poignant, I hope you have a close circle of family & friends that will help you through this difficult period.
My heartfelt condolences to you at this dreadful time.

Hi Kay,
It’s Maureen Brown nee McGuigan.
I have just heard the very sad news that David has passed away and felt that I should contact you with my condolences.
I look back on my times with you both in Guernsey with fond and happy memories. Dave was such a character and we had such a great rapor and I am so glad that you were both in my life when I was working out there in Guernsey.
It will be difficult for you as you were such a close, together, couple but you are lucky to have such happy memories to see you through this difficult time.
Sending you hugs Kay x x
