Gardner wanted

Our complex is mainly concrete, but just need someone to come maybe once a month to spray (?) weeds and occasionally prune the one palm tree.
There is also a small 'rough ground' area that needs strimming.

Any suggestions?

We use Peter Backhouse (Paphos gardeners 99137874), they run a good reliable service and clean up very well.
We don't have them weekly just a couple or three times a year to cut bougainvillea lemon and orange trees etc, even if we are not in Cyprus I just text him and they do what is needed.
Highly recommended, but of course I am sure there are many other Gardeners about.
