I discovered a healthy drink, which is quite tasty (for me). More important was the health factor as with my diet (intermittent fasting 16:8) I should have more minerals.
It is a cold drink, 1/2l liquid in the end.
Ingredients: 30gr Cacao, (for baking), 1 tsp brown sugar, water, Bio-Soy Drink (Vemondo)
So, very easy to make: mixing the cacao power with some water and the sugar in a large glass and fill it up with cold Bio-Soy Drink until 1/2 l and mix it again, ready.
Concerning minerals: 1 drink contains ca 1100 mg potassium, 165 mg magnesium, 14 mg iron,
