Russia said on Saturday its troops had abandoned their bastion of Lyman in Ukraine's east for fear of encirclement and the leader of Chechnya, a close Kremlin ally, said Moscow should consider using a low-yield nuclear weapon in response. The fall of the town is a major setback for Moscow...

Even in German language we say "Barking Dogs don't bite.....

I think Putin does not like that situation to get told what to do. (p.e. nuclear response)

He is loosing more and more allies. Even China and India voted not for him at the UN recently and Erdogan condemned the annexations yesterday....

The world waits to see what Putin's next move will be.. Joe Biden has previously threatened use of a nuclear weapon should Putin loose one off...
