Does anyone know if it is possible to get hearing aids via GESY.??

I think that they will provide a sum towards it but not entirely. I speculate that anything over a basic price has to be paid for by the user. Why not ask 1.GESY or 2.your supplier? Either answer should be more up-to-date than mine!
