Lawyer specializing in law of building contracts

I´d like to buy a premanufactured (or at least partly premanufactured) house. In preparation for that I bought a (German) book which among others covers the law on building contracts (or at least some important aspects of it). Reading these chapters made me aware of that I might be stepping into a minefield. Therefore, and since knowledge of potential pitfalls in German building contract law may well be different from those in Cypriot law, I´m looking for a lawyer who specializes in that area and who has a deeper understanding of what to watch out for.
Any recommendations anyone?
