Anybody surprised?

Just come across this in todays papers, how the great and the good, dodge paying taxes, while we the peasants get clobbered at every turn.

And no, I am not surprised. If they weren't using the tax havens etc, then who would be?

Not at all surprised. It’s ever thus. Unfortunately I will never be rich enough to be on any list like that!!

Typical of that Blair creature and his wife to dodge paying £300 K on their £6.5million house and others like them in the know......but he's done nothing unlawful but morally he is guilty.

I have a comment now.
In a similar position would you not do the same or would you give the 300K to charity?
As I understand they bought the company that owned the property. That was the only way they could get the sale according to Sky News and they.also have to pay CGT so not as clear cut as stated.
