can anyone recommend courier for a4 letter UK to Cyprus.

I think DHL is recognised as being a very good Courier. I have had packages very quickly via them

I have had numerous problems with DHL over 20 years, especially with deliveries and delays. I have found that UPS offers a far more humane and serious service, even in the sticks.
