From Lysos to the Red Pool

The countryside around Lysos is some of the most beautiful in Cyprus. In this film we start on the outskirts of Meladeia before driving through the village of Lysos itself. We then head into the woods and take the track to Kinousa. While not tarmaced, this is suitable for all road vehicles. Before you go all Sega Rally down it though, do bear in mind that there is a tree growing in the middle of it at one point.
We end the film at the Red Pool, slightly before Kinousa. This is one of our favourite places to visit, and whenever we post pictures of it people invariably ask where it is. Now you know how to get there. if you prefer stunning views to mysterious pools, just take a walk over the other side of the road.
