My wife had a very similar email purporting to be from DHL.

Needless to say the package was delivered and nothing had been paid.

Thanks for posting HIC - had the same email early this morning and as I'm too expecting a courier delivery, was wondering whether it was genuine. Now deleted!

It’s a scam. It’s on local radio warning about it.

It's a scam.
Post office in Cyprus would refer to themselves as Cyprus Post and wouldn't start an email with Hello.

Cyprus Post would like to inform the public that messages are being sent through email for tax payment to Cyprus Post, which are fake.
Cyprus Post has no involvement and urge the public to ignore such messages.

Although most people will see through the scam email it would be helpful if Cyprus Post gave a little more information.

I recently received a genuine email from “Cyprus Post info@cyprus.post” about some items I bought on-line.

The email is in Greek & English
