We’ve always had good service from Savvas Eracleous opposite Steptoes on Mesogi Avenue

And just a few hundred yards lower down from Steptoes is CMC Electrical. They have a good range at good prices.

Premier Electrical have 2 shops, one near the Trimithousa cross roads, the other as previously posted on the Coral Bay Rd, at Chloraka. I like Premier as its helpful to be able to speak to someone in English. Also and importantly, they make sure the controls of machines they sell are in English.
I bought my fridge from CMC and found them very helpful. With a fridge/freezer controls are simple. But washing machines and tumbledriers are much more complicated now compared with my old machines. I bought my tumble drier from CMC and although helpful at point ofsale, the controls of what is quite a complicated machine are all in Greek, so for me more of a challenge! My old washing machine stopped working suddenly. I went to Premier Electrical to look for a new one. I bought one which had a thick user manual (Bosch) and for me seemed complicate to start. But the controls were in English, so far easier.

I always use CMC who provide excellent service. We bought a washing machine from them which had Greek controls. The installer spent time with my wife explaining what each one meant.

A good friend of mine spent over €2k with them asked for a little discount but was given the “we don’t make much out of these goods” story so paid the the asking price. The following day they announced over the radio they were having a 25% off sale for a month!

The shops all want your money and usually will match each other on prices if you say you saw the same model cheaper at so and so then get them to give you free delivery and installation

Trouble is, but you not using the quote system, I'm not sure who 'them' refers to.
