Post by Dominic »

The Withdrawal Agreement is all very well, but surely it was based on the plan that the UK would be leaving the EU with a' ""deal". But up to now, there still is no agreement!
My question is will the W.A . still be valid, if as seems likely the UK leaves without a deal?

May be an answer in this article published in October: What happens if there's no Brexit trade deal?

The withdrawal agreement is separate from the trade negotiations that are currently ongoing. The Cyprus government has confirmed via social and printed media that they will be following that which was agreed in the withdrawal agreement in its entirety.
