When you log into GESY the first screen is DASHBOARD
Select MY RECORD
Look at the section Privacy of Medical Information -
Does it read 'Access to your medical information is enabled for all healthcare providers'
and does it show a green padlock symbol?
Thanks for trying to help because it is an infuriating puzzle.
However I have just checked and Yes Access to medical information IS enabled with an open Green Padlock ...

Interesting as I have just checked all the sections of my Beneficiary Record and it only shows me what has happened since 4 December 2019 which is of great concern because I had numerous tests done June - October 2019 and there are no records of visits, tests, prescriptions etc. Just hope the medical staff can still access these records. Not possible to do a search for a period of longer than 12 months as that is the maximum setting.
I would be grateful if someone else could have a look at their Beneficiary Record just to check if it is just a blip with my medical records or affects everyone. Thank you.
Hi
I tried it and managed to find a record from August 2019 (I've only really had health issues this year so think I only visited the doctor once last year and didn't have any tests).

I changed the search field to 1 June 2019 to 31 December 2019. I had to click on a date too (my first try I just clicked on June, but that didn't save and went back to 4 Dec 2019. But once I chose a date it was fine.

Sorry Trev, I don't know what else to suggest to you, it seems very strange that we have different things. I guess you'll need to contact them. FYI I use Chrome and on the computer (I haven't tried on my phone).

THANK YOU AMS - I have just had another search using the format you suggest and after putting in a start date of 01 May 2019 and a finish date of 31 December 2019 can now see all the information for the interim period. That's a relief, although I must admit that I do download the diagnoses and test results and keep a printed copy in my medical file. It hasn't been necessary for me to require medical treatment since October 2019 (in fact the medical profession prefers to me to stay away and take preventative actions rather than have to treat me as it is a bit of a conundrum at the best of times) hence it was rather a shock when I went onto my records to see if I could help Trev and at first glance found 'No Results' in every section!

Trev, had hoped I could solve your problem and also at a loss as to why you cannot access blood test results.I also use Chrome - I suggest the next stage is to send an email to GESY explaining in detail what is not happening and they will get back to you: EMAIL: info@gesy.org.cy

I am reviving this old thread because this week is the first time I have had a test done and thought I would have a look on my beneficiary record to see the result . My screen is nothing like the one AMS gets . And it appears to show the same test 4 times . I have questioned Gesy about why it appears 4 times and they say it is up to me to ask the lab ? So a lab can charge Gesy 4 times for the same test and they are not interested ?

Also can other members see a list of what meds they are on , I can’t .

Mr Blobby - from your screenshot it looks as if the doctor requested four urine tests as the entry is under the heading 'Diagnoses.

However, you should get two emails from GESY as one will be the claim from the Doctor and the second from the Laboratory carrying out the test. It is unlikely that either the Doctor or the Lab has made more than one claim - your inbox would soon fill up if that was the case!

1. Your Beneficiary Record opens up on the Dashboard page

2. On the dropdown list on the left select Beneficiary Record and enter. Screen now shows Medical History, Medical File, Personal Details, Access Log

3. Select Medical History (Diagnoses, Visits, Activities) and enter. Screen now shows Diagnoses, Healthcare Services, Visits

a) Diagnoses - Visits to Personal Doctor and Specialist Doctors
b) Healthcare Services - Subheadings: Drugs (this is where you find prescriptions), Lab Tests (blood/urine results), Medical Services, Other Services
c) Visits

When you click on a, b or c you are taken to another screen where you find further detailed information specific to that section.

Thank you galexinda , all good now . I was not going into healthcare services . Got there now and can see my medicines and test results . :D

The other point about 4 urine test is now clear , my doctor order some other blood tests at the same time , so they must have got lumped in together .
