Has anyone else lost the stream for programs.
We can not get any programs at the moment.

Had a reply from them as follows.

Hi,

The supplier has an issue at the moment. They are working to restore it and have estimated it should be up in about an hour.

They have left a message on Twitter it's live uk channels you can't get still not working

It's back on turns out there was a power cut which knocked the channels off.

I haven't had a problem with my Triotech box, all appears to be normal.
But they do update their boxes. One of my old Triotech boxes was becoming very unreliable. Taking to their shop, I was told that my box which was several years old was being superceded by their new more powerful, with more options one.
I decided to buy it, and have since I got it last March, had much better performance since. It is very reliable, and much faster.

If the OP had looked at Maintenance/ updates , the problem last night was listed with an explanation....

The problem started around 20.45 hrs I sent them a message at 21.12 hrs and had a reply at 21.20 about the problem.
And that was before the message came up on the service status page!!!
