Traffic baccked up-last night

Post by Lincoln »

Has anyone got info on what caused all the miles of traffic to back up. On the road going into Paphos in front of the King Evelthon Hotel. We watched it from our balcony and it was stuck for quite a long time. Around about 8pm.

Car accident.

A car accident occurred a while ago on the coastal road Paphos-Pegeia at the height of Chloraka.

The road collision caused a lot of material damage to the two vehicles involved.

Interestingly, I can't see the image, and if 'Paphos Press' is a link it is dead

My friends son was involved in the accident as a passenger, admitted to Paphos General with whiplash and concussion, think he’s been very lucky

Sorry to hear that Sadie. Hope he will soon recover. That turning is near where I live now and I know it well. It is a wide entrance/exit from the Coral Bay Rd. But accidents happen there quite often. It's a place where drivers often have to be patient and wait their turn, especially when the CB Road is very busy.
