You've got me worried now as have Wills lodged at the courthouse, for property in Peyia, all done by Demetrius Demetriades... who Jim X used as well... if I wanted to use Willpower, do I need a Cypriot executor?

No you do not need a Cypriot executor.

Long story short - friend's dad died and lawyer was executor and charged €10K probate because it was written in the will somewhere.

We used Carol Watkin/Georgiou to redo our wills when we were last in CY!
