I can't answer your specific question, but Pavers do ship to Cyprus, very quickly and their shipping charges are very reasonable.

I was looking at sandals the other day in the Mall, there was several types of sandal called Teva a known maker of hiking sandals. The price range was €70 - €90. On Amazon they were nearly half those prices, and with postage ended being up a lot cheaper. You just have to wait a few weeks for delivery that's all.
