Holiday Home

Post by graham43 »

Would be really grateful for recommendations from members regarding home insurance (buildings and contents) for a holiday home in Cyprus which is occasionally let to holiday makers.
Many thanks Graham

We have recently changed to Abbeygate for property and contents.. This has saved us quite a bit from the insurance company we have used for a long while.. Worth checking out and you can do it online or give then a phone call

Make it clear to the insurance company, that you will be, renting it out for financial gain, so they give you the correct policy, failure to get the the right cover, could be a disaster if there was an accident

We used Insure my Villa via Topquotes when we were renting out to tourists.

And be careful, most insurers have restrictions or caveats regarding how many days the property is empty ...
