I hope that it will look better when finished than it does at present! It might be more useful If it was a mono rail.....

Cyprus needs to learn better, the ways to control the winners of tenders and awarding of contract, as a surprising number go bust!

There should be a bid list so that only companies that are financially viable are allowed to bid for the work.
