How should Corona Virus threads be managed?

Just have the three threads.

Couldn't care either way. I'm only here for the music thread.

Question for the Forum

Post by Dominic »

Corona Virus

NB: Personally I don't care either way. You are the users, it is up to you.

Today I tried to establish 3 threads for Corona Virus discussion. Well, two for discussions and one for announcements.

However, posters still keep posting new threads.

My question is this:

Would you rather there were only three threads or would you rather people posted as many as they liked?

I honestly don't mind either way. I just don't want to start enforcing a rule that nobody wants.

So, lets have a poll.

Definitely three. If you are that interested you will go to page nine of thread three. I suppose it depends on how long it all goes on?

Another vote for three threads only, one being the official announcements.

Just 3 threads. But might be good idea to ‘prune’ these three by removing earlier pages to keep them current.

We've already got the three threads. The official one is pinned to the top of the board. The sensible debate one is the "CoronaVirus Live Update" one. The quack theory and hot air thread is the one started by Devil.

If people have jokes they can just post them in the joke section.

I shall lock this thread so that it can drift away into oblivion, as it is obvious people only want the three.

So please, and I am talking to you here Devil, can we keep Corona Virus threads to these three threads?

Thanks
