Just asked our accountant about this. No requirement for a Cypriot shareholder.

Now Boris is making a point of telling everyone that he intends to leave the EU by the end of 2020. This despite the EU saying that it would take longer than that to agree a proper trade deal. I hope Boris will see the sense of waiting for this, but I suspect that he would go for a no deal brexit if things don’t move to his time frame.
A no deal Brexit will likely affect us expats so I hope for the best!

I think Boris or any other Prime minister worrying about expats, would be very low on his ''to do list''.

It would become a very big concern if the deal was so bad that a huge number of Expats decided to return to the UK - especially for the NHS and welfare systems.

Dont think that would happen, certainly some would go back, as they do anyway, because of health/family issues etc, but for many going back is not possible even if they wanted to, a lot of expats sold their property's before coming here, many rent over here, and what with property prices over in the UK, many couldn't afford to buy anything.

Sometimes needs must when the Devil drives as they say.
Many have life threatening conditions and if they had to pay for treatment they'd have no option but to return to the UK.

Ounce has dropped back to pre election levels.... Markets not happy at prospect of “No-Deal Brexit” as I think Boris always planned
