I am not at all surprised that unless the girl was lying, there would be gynaelogical or in this case pathological evidence of multiple rape taking place. My next question is why, why the results of these tests which must have been available some time ago, wasn’t this evidence available at her trial? It could have been used then in her defence?

The actions of the police in this case have been appalling.Why did they subject her to hours of cross examination as was stated in earlier reports and probably pressure her to change her original story of the rape?

And why was it necessary to add question marks after British woman.??? In the title to this string?
This whole saga is dreadful enough.

People can speculate, and add their own spin to this story, we know that most of the guys present in that room, were videoing the sordid spectacle on their phones, they even put it out on social media, the Police have taken all the phones and have got all the video evidence... lets give them some credit, instead like one or two on here, who want to disgrace any thing they do, as per usual.

Once upon a time people had a sense of good taste and decency and wouldn’t have photographed pornographic material, such as this except for low life perverts, if they had a camera. Since the advent of sophisticated smartphones with sophisticated cameras +video capability both good sense and decency seem to have disappeared In some individuals. So, it would be a good idea in my opinion in bring in new legislation to make it an offence to share all potentially pornographic material. Also to protect the identity and privacy of anyone being filmed without their consent.
