Poor girl. She did something which especially with hindsight was very unwise, and must have suffered the consequences. But did she sustain injuries as a result? If she did there should have been a doctors report which might have substantiated her claim of being raped. Nothing is written about this. But the way that the police and judiciary have treated her seems on the basis of what I have read in the press, utterly appalling. She should have been allowed to have a lawyer and an interpreter to help her.

I think the police had enough video evidence of what happened that night, as most of the voyers , were recording the sordid events on their phones.
