These houses of an village in Paphos district are quite new, but in the old part of the settlement one can even find an ruined mosque...

Well, it looks like you need a little hint: at one photo of Dominic's road trip blogs from 2018 one can see road signs, indicating that this village is in one km distance....

The village name is Meladeia, in the past a mixed village, just 2 km before Lysos when you drive up from Polis. More than 20 years ago ancient tombs, 2500 years old, were discovered when road works took place and quickly buried.
