We had new panels fitted by Q Water located on the road that runs parallel to the Polis road up from the Ministry of Transport building
Very efficient panels.
Green Air do them as well.

Most decent plumbers do new solar water heating panels. ours cost €480 fitted, amazing the difference they made. The old units were full of what looked like sand.

Green Air is importing first class Solar panels from Wagner Solar Germany since more than 10 years for industrial clients (hotels) but also for private customers which want high quality. They are installed not only for domestic hot water heating but also for pool heating + house central heating.

Important is the efficiency of up to 84% which means in practice that the panel stores the heat inside the panel to transfer the energy to the boiler.
Cheap panels are loosing too much energy to the environment instead.

I have in my house in Italy Wagner Solar panels installed and they perform excellent even in winter when there is snow and frost.

Concerning Tube solar collectors: The problem is hail which easyly could damage one tube and if one tube has a problem it is not easy to exchange the single tube. Also they are getting extremely hot and can overheat a system.

We had new high gain panels installed several years ago by Q Water. Every summer one panel has to be covered because there is too much extremely hot water!

For best performance in winter it is important that the tilt of the panels is ca 60 degree if that is possible. (easy in case of flat roof) It also helps for overheating issues in summer. Further, positioning in South-east direction is the best solution to get enough hot water in winter. The quality of the hot water storage tank on the roof with proper insulation is even more important to avoid heat losses in cold nights...
