The lady is called Diana Madmaeva and yes, she is Russian.

I still prefer my photos not have been photoshopped.... but the idea was brilliant and should be used for advertising as one mentioned it on Facebook:
"how to charge a solar-powered car"
here one of my favourite sun photo (no reflection, no photoshopping)
