Bioplant licence

Our property management company has told us we need to apply to the department of enviroment for a licence for our biopump , has anybody else had to apply for one, is it mandatary

Yes, you do need a licence, your committee can apply for it, its not cheap and your management company will charge you more than it will cost yourselves. I think it was €700+ a couple of years ago

Thanks uncle d we have been told it would cost about €3000 with the work needed to update the bio plant in order to receive the licence
