What would you do in Turkey's situation, with regards to the refugee crisis?

Turkey has helped enormously with housing Syrian refugees and needs applauding, but having said that, they have had billions of euros in aid for that from the EU, Turkey have caused much of this problem along with others, having supported Isis in the past by buying fuel from them, and giving them arms and support, they also have been trying to topple the Syrian regime for many years by arming the Syrian rebels, they daily attack Kurds in Syria and Iraq, and have no qualms about using the poor refugees to put pressure on the EU to get political gains, as in this case. You cant have it both ways, when you contribute to Syrian Conflict, you cant pretend to be the victim too.
