Well done Nicola Sturgeon

Well done Nicola Sturgeon

I'm certainly NOT an SNP supporter,
but well done to Nicola for this.

Nicola Sturgeon hints at 14-day quarantine for English arrivals in Scotland but insists move is ‘not political’

She is simply saying, that she has to protect the people of Scotland, in the even that numbers spiral in England, as they are in many areas. Up to 20 new cities being considered for lockdown. Without a doubt, Boris and Gove can’t even agree on masks, never mind anything else. It’s a shambles and the R rate is heading over 1 in many areas of England. Infections and deaths are at 100 x the Scottish rates. Granted, Scotland is more rural and therefore doesn’t have the same density issues as England, but easing lockdown so early and allowing certain things so early, has endangered the population again.

Sturgeon, from an initial shambles, just like Boris, has now shown she is prepared to control transmission to save lives - while Boris still follows Cummings policies, including herd immunity.
