Does homemade cake freeze well? Never occurred to me before. Mind you, we only tend to cook one cake at a time, and we are lucky if it manages to cool down before it is eaten. This is a shame, as it actually tastes nicer when chilled a bit.

You're welcome. We had fun doing it. Though in truth it took two attempts. The first time we got a puncture near Skarfos Bridge and had to abort. We now have a new set of heavy duty tyres, thanks to Costas.
