I can't open my usual Premium Bond internet page to see if I've won in the November Draw. I am being re-directed to 2 x apps. The google play app wants a list of all my Bonds. No thank you. Nothing annoyed me more than having queued for 2hrs already and being number 79 on the list and they are calling 41, then Gwenny's agent arrives and guides her sheep into the issuing office. An hour and a half later, I'm still there, aged 78 and been standing all the time. Disgraceful.
