Now I know why those annoying people in an ATM queue put their card in multiple times. I always thought they had multiple cards and didn't know which one had money!

Try Lidl at 07.00. Still the same working men buying their breakfasts from the pastry stand. No ID checks....Also only 4 customers so a great time to go!

"Firm and clear instruction"? This is presumably not including the at least two occasions where they have announced something and then changed their minds within hours!

Having said that I agree, much more civilised than the UK.

Re: Residents relieved as demolition starts on collapsing buildings in Tala

The drilling rig has been putting piles both behind and in front (see the photo) of the building. Hopefully they have gone down far enough to go through the slip plane!

I would agree. After numerous garages tried to find an intermittent fault on my Xtrail he cracked it in a couple of days.

After we fixed the crack..... :-)

Agree with PhotoLady. Just ship it door-to-door and let the shippers find an agent in Cyprus. If you have a preference then tell them when you get a quote.

Re: Border crossing - Kato Pyrgos

You can buy insurance from Andreas Karos in the town, just before Station Cafe. It only takes 10 minutes and you can wait in the cafe with a brew, if you want. If his office is closed just call him because he will probably be in the office upstairs. Don't know about pre-buying but his email address ...
