You can still change from a U.K. license to a Cypriot licence. The deadline of the 7th July was scrapped a month ago. In future you will not be able to drive on a U.K. licence in Cyprus , whenever the future maybe..Not being insured to drive on a U.K. licence is just not true..Speak to your insuranc...
