The wind farm will hopefully be getting a workout then... So far not, yesterday the windmills turned only sometimes and today since the early morning they don't move at all..... As the unsettled weather will continue until Saturday, there is still a chance though specially tonight and tomorrow. Max

What a beautiful December day it was today, no cloud from the morning until after lunch and warm enough to sit outside in the sunshine and have some nice fish. Strangely I didn't find it too cold this morning. And certainly, now the sun is up in an almost cloudless blue sky it is very pleasant out I had the same night temperature of 14c like the 3 days before, which is much higher than other years in December. Only difference was the humidity with 95 % RH...

The small sea wall around the harbour, once extended the length of the sea front. It didn't look awful and it presumably didn't put tourists off from coming here. Well, I did not like the old wall, it looked horrible as one can see on the photo from the past, showing the wall opposite Elean ..... h...

We have done well so far this Autumn. For the past 3 winters we have kept cosy and warm with our aircon units on heat However, we will try to be as carbon friendly as possible, only heating the pool when our panels are producing. Same at my place which is 4-5 c cooler in Autumn and Winter as yours,...

It was a short episode, however it tells us Winter is slowly on its way, 4 weeks before Christmas.
I could do without Winter and snow though...

No seafront either at my place in the Paphos hinterland, but much less rain than at your area with only 18 mm...

Luckily I went out for lunch already on Friday before the stormy weather arrived and enjoyed in summer conditions at Timi Beach, no wind, 28c, lovely Barracuda...
