Went to Stephanis a few months ago ,bought another phone and they transferred all the data from the old one to it for free...

We have a PV system, ground source heat pump for underfloor heating ,plus AC units ..
Now I know this winter was very mild, highest electric bill was €67..( Jan Feb)....

Put the property into a trust......no probate required,it just passes to the surviving partner, when he/ she passes, the property then goes to nominated persons where it will be sold , if that's what was stated in the trust...Then proceeds divided to those persons...
Again no probate required...

The only heat pump that blows hot air is to be found in modern inverter air cons ...

Have used a stand alone Solar pump for years, 4 pv panels...it happily runs all day ...
Less chemical use,less pool maintenance...can't recommend it highly enough....
